Developed and stabilized backend systems for Linser, resolving PostgreSQL and Redis reliability issues and improving database connection handling.
Implemented authentication and backend functionality including password login, OTP-based password reset, password management, onboarding flows, and secure API endpoints.
Designed and applied PostgreSQL schema fixes and migrations across admin, subscription, support-ticket, and profile systems while configuring AWS RDS SSL/TLS handling.
Implemented SEO and AEO improvements for Ridlin, optimizing metadata, structured FAQ/Q&A content, and brand information across major pages.
Built AI-powered support automation workflows for AIODx using Freshservice APIs and ODXone to automate L1/L2 ticket processing.
